Kayleigh Mihalko

Digital Marketing Strategist

Kayleigh Mihalko is a digital marketing expert, business strategist, and content creator dedicated to helping businesses and nonprofits build a powerful online presence. Recognized by the Fairfield County Business Journal as a "40 Under 40" honoree in 2016, she has spent nearly a decade refining her expertise in digital marketing, website development, social media management, marketing strategy, and brand positioning to help clients maximize their impact.

 

She founded Craft My Marketing in 2015, initially as a side project, before taking it full-time in 2021. In 2025, she expanded the business by bringing on a partner, Tom Lucia, to scale services and provide even greater value to clients. Kayleigh has worked with a diverse range of industries, including cafés, coaches, course creators, authors, manufacturing firms, and industrial companies, tailoring customized strategies that drive engagement and growth.

 

In addition to her work with businesses, Kayleigh has a strong background in the nonprofit sector, providing marketing leadership for organizations such as Valley United Way, Valley Council, Valley Shakespeare Festival, Seymour Historical Society, and the Ansonia Cultural Commission. She serves as a content manager, website administrator, social media strategist, and marketing consultant, helping nonprofits enhance their digital presence, engage their communities, and drive fundraising efforts through targeted marketing campaigns.

 

Kayleigh also has an extensive background in customer relationship management (CRM), honed during her five-year tenure as the Marketing Manager for R.D. Scinto, one of Connecticut’s leading commercial real estate firms. Her experience in client engagement, strategic marketing development, and business communications has shaped her approach to helping clients attract and retain customers.

 

A firm believer in staying ahead of industry trends, Kayleigh continuously adapts her strategies to the ever-evolving digital landscape, including advancements in AI-driven marketing, automation, and emerging technologies. This forward-thinking approach allows Craft My Marketing to deliver cutting-edge solutions that keep clients competitive in their industries.

Tom Lucia

Operations & E-Commerce Lead

Tom Lucia is the Operations & E-Commerce Lead at Craft My Marketing, where he focuses on web design, data analytics, and business consulting. With over 20 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, and digital systems, Tom brings a practical, data-driven approach to helping businesses grow.

Before joining Craft My Marketing in 2025, Tom founded and grew an e-commerce business from the ground up, scaling it from zero to over $15 million in annual sales. He worked across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and GoDaddy, handling everything from website development and advertising campaigns to vendor relationships and performance analytics. That experience taught him how to spot growth opportunities, optimize digital platforms, and make decisions rooted in data—skills he now applies to help CMM clients succeed.

Tom’s career started in the hospitality industry, where he spent nearly a decade as the General Manager of a restaurant chain. There, he wasn’t just managing daily operations; he was responsible for the company’s digital systems, from programming point-of-sale (POS) setups to managing online ordering platforms. This combination of operational leadership and hands-on tech work laid the groundwork for his expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce.

At Craft My Marketing, Tom helps businesses identify growth opportunities, streamline their online presence, and improve performance through data-driven insights—leading to increased engagement, higher conversion rates, and sustainable growth. He enjoys working closely with clients to understand their challenges and find practical solutions that deliver real results. His approach is methodical, growth-focused, and grounded in the belief that the right data can tell you exactly where to focus your efforts.
